Delivery Time
We have a standard delivery period of 3–4 days PAN India, except some rural/border areas and except unexpected situations such as riots, natural disasters, or operational delays.

Our return/relief/refund policy is customer-friendly so that you feel comfortable while making online shopping decisions.
Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact Customer Care before initiating a return. When you return your product, kindly mention the reason in a short note.
Exchange Policy :
Exchange of items is allowed in the following situations:
- Product was broken or defective.
- Wrong product was packed.
- Product differed materially from the description on the website.
- Or as allowed by the seller.
Return / Refund Policy :
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us. We are not a big anonymous corporation; we are a small family-run business and we want to make sure you are truly happy with your purchase.
We provide a complete refund to the customer if the following conditions are met:
- Customer cancels the order before processing begins on our end.
- Product delivered to the customer is not working and we are unable to exchange the item.
- Product is delivered to the wrong address and the customer no longer needs the item.
For refunds, customers must pay both-side shipping charges.
We pay only one-side shipping charges if the product is found defective under warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage.
Seven-Day Return Policy :
You are shopping online, and we understand that items may sometimes differ from what you expected.
For return authorization, you must contact us within 7 days and inform us.
Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original retail packaging.

Do not send items back to us without authorization. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.
This return policy does not apply to bulk or special orders.
We provide exchange only, and the shipping cost for exchange must be paid by the customer.
